Small Business Blitz

Halloween is about spooks and laughs! It is also a great time to give back to your great community!

Small businesses are being invited to "scare up some change" for Hays County residents in need. This event is a one-day drive to involve small business and their employees in a local-giving initiative for United Way of Hays County.

There's no such thing as too small to make a difference! Small businesses have numerous ways to be involved with United Way.
  • Host an annual employee giving campaign
  • Make a corporate fully tax-deductible donation
  • Host a one-time donation drive amongst employees
  • Set up a change collection jar at the cash register
  • Host a small fundraiser amongst employees-Make friendly competition out of it by offering incentives such as a jean day or an ice cream social

Small businesses will receive letters with more information about being involved with United Way!
