5th Annual Taste of Hays County

Graze bites from 10 local restaurants, savor cool drinks and paired wine, enjoy live music on the lawn performed by musician Keith Kelso, browse an array of live and silent auction items, and enjoy many more fun, fabulous attractions.

Note: Tickets purchased after 12:00pm on Monday, 5/26 will NOT be mailed to the purchaser, but will be ready at the registration table upon check-in on the event day.

The Taste of Hays County serves as the largest annual fundraiser for United Way of Hays County. Proceeds from Taste of Hays County, as well as other United Way of Hays County fundraising activities, support 30 programs to serve more than 50,000 local residents each year with education, income and health needs; creating lasting changes that everyone can enjoy.

This translates to strengthening mentoring and tutoring programs within our schools to help our students succeed, empowering parents to be their child’s first teacher, assisting seniors with prescription medications as well as hot meals, offering a safe space and advocacy for youth in crisis, giving growing families tools for financial stability and productivity, and expanding preventative and therapeutic care for those in need. UWHC puts every dollar to work in many facets of our community, and we thank you for supporting our work.
